Cancellations due to weather:
The Captain makes all final decisions regarding trip cancellations due to weather. We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations as early as possible.
Please note that weather-related cancellations are made as late as possible. If you are traveling from out of town, please call the office prior to departure to confirm that your trip is still scheduled. Do not assume a trip is canceled due to rain or unfavorable conditions, as deposits may be forfeited.
Please check our Facebook page for any last-minute updates — we make every effort to keep it current.
Private Charter deposit requirement:
A deposit of one half of the total cost of the trip is due when making a reservation (example: if the trip you booked costs $1000.00, a deposit of $500.00 will be required). Deposits may be charged to a credit card at the time of booking, or you may submit payment by mail (check, money order, or certified check). Our reservation staff will provide mailing instructions at the time of booking.
Private Charter Cancellation Policy:
A 30-day notice is required to cancel any charter reservation. If less notice is provided, any deposits paid will be forfeited. The Captain makes all final decisions regarding cancellations due to weather. If your trip is canceled due to weather, you may either receive a full refund or reschedule for another available date.
